I own the property and live here with my 4 year old daughter
She goes to her dad's house every other weekend and every other couple of week nights.
I'm looking for someone who is not a party animal and keeps a tidy living space and doesn't mind a toddler being around but also enjoys a glass of wine and a chit chat.
I work in the city centre in a high end jewellers so I am very busy most days and some evenings doing events.
I have a part time lodger who only stays twice a week and during term time and he is as quiet as a mouse
