A quiet studio flat for those wanting their own space, comes with alot of storage space. There is a book shelf, large computer desk, large wardrobe and two bedside drawers on each side of bed. So space is never an issue. Theres a vaccuum cleaner included in one of the large storage spaces.

Price is at £186 a week and it includes all bills and fibre optic Internet. Speed test: 50-80 mbps on wifi and around 70-100 mbps wired connection.

This flat is 14 minutes walk from University of Leeds main campus, it is very close. And there is a boots pharmacy and a doctors surgery next to the iQ Leeds building.

This room is located on the 6th floor with an excellent view. The building also contains a gym which is free to use exclusively for the tenants, also there is a games room, study room and a laundrette.

The neighbouring flats are full of friendly people, I have never had any issues with noise. There is a oncall maintenance team, if you have any issues you can use the app and with click of a button they come to your flat and fix your issue. There is also reception which help you with anything you need, and you can get your parcels directly from reception. Compare this place to other student accommodations you may not find that level of service, my family and friends described this place as more of a hotel.
