Room in Sociable All-Girls House – July Start

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely 6-bedroom all double-bedroom student house on Hartley Crescent, Woodhouse (LS6), available from 1st July.
The house is in a great location, around a 20-minute walk to uni and the city centre, and close to shops and transport links. It’s a spacious and modern property with a large living room, fully fitted kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and storage.
You would be living with 5 girls from Leeds Beckett University who are really friendly and sociable. They love going out but also enjoy nights in, so it’s a nice balance and a great house atmosphere.
Rent is around £150 per week (bills included). Council tax band B (students exempt).
