My home is quirky and vintage and eclectic and hopefully homely, I am a live in landlady and the space will be shared with me.

The room is a double and has just been redecorated, including new carpet and new bed. Room has loads of storage, full wardrobe and an ottoman bed so full under bed storage.

I am happy to concider shorter let's or Monday to Friday/ reduced weeks, please message to discuss.

Property is very well located for access to town, universities and teaching hospitals.

The property comes with two small sometimes cute Jack Russells, Betty and Mabel. Betty is slow and blind and in her wonder years Mable however lives for attention and the ball.

The property is well located in that it is close to the city and universities but locally has two shops within 50 meters, one is a Morrisons local.
There are restaurants, takeaways, bars, pubs and a music venue within ten minutes walk.

Also locally there is a park at the end of the road that gets the sun well into the evening and lovely woods a couple of blocks away.
