Utilities are not included with rent, the property is signed up with UniHomes and Student energy group. Utilities are £165.12 calender month. It is council band A but as a student lives here it will be a 25% discount or none if you are also a student.

You'd be living with a current undergraduate student who is quiet, very clean, organised, respectful of space and generally relaxed to live with. Love to have a chat too. It's a cosy flat but happy to accomodate furnishings or personal space for items.

Available to move in from 23st August, but my old roomate has moved out due to family issues so before then can be discussed with agency asap. But ideally within 2 months so end of September at the latest. Flexible within that window, but the sooner the better.
