I am looking for someone to share a lovely two bed apartment in Woodhouse.

Set back from the busy Otley road, this property is quiet and peaceful, and away from the Otley runners, whilst still being really convenient for transport links into town. It has its own gardens and washing lines, parking and a secure garage which is great for bike storage!

The let is very flexible, and the landlord is really reasonable and open to discussing different situations.

The room itself is a single room size, but has a folding double bed which doubles as a desk. It's a study bed, meaning everything can stay on the desk to easily transition between the two! It's a good solution for a small room :)

The rest of the property is a shared kitchen, living and dining room, and modern bathroom with shower.

This room would be excellent for students or young professionals looking for something affordable, flexible and near to Woodhouse Moor.

Council tax is covered by the landlord, and all bills would be split with me.
