We have an ensuite room available in this 5 bed houseshare on Hartley Crescent in Woodhouse.

You would be sharing with friendly male professionals Alex (31), Darren (38), Harvey (24) & Julen (29) who are looking for a housemate (ideally also male & of a similar age) to join their home.

The house is comprised over 4 floors and offers you the following:
- large dining kitchen with lots of storage and a large table for you to have dinner with your housemates and friends
- big separate lounge with large flatscreen TV
- <350mb business Virgin Media wifi package
- 4 upstairs double bedrooms sharing 1 communal bathroom
- 1 large basement double bedroom with ensuite shower room
- free on street parking
- cleaner once a month.

The rooms available is the only ensuite in the house (which has the whole basement level to itself) & is fully furnished as follows:
- double bed, with storage underneath
- bedside table
- built in wardrobe
- desks & chair
- large chest of drawers.

The monthly rent includes all bills as follows:
- gas
- electric
- water
- council tax
- TV licence
- Virgin broadband/WIFI
- cleaner once a month.

Myself & my husband, Dan, are private landlords who take great pride in our houses & the service that we offer to our tenants.

We are fully accredited via the National Resident Landlords Association (NRLA) and are one of the few landlords recognised as meeting the Leeds Rental Standard.

To rent with us we only ask for a small deposit of £150, a 9 month minimum tenancy and a rental guarantor (no exceptions I’m afraid).
