I am a live in landlady which is why I state female.
The room is light & airy and consists of a single day bed which can expand to a double, a table and chair, large under bed draws and a large wardrobe l for storage.
A clothes airer as I have no dryer or you can use outside space which is a suntrap and a nice place to relax.
You will have use of all bathroom and kitchen facilities and be expected to keep the place clean and tidy, be respectful of my home.
I don't want visitors coming to the house.
The house is situated on a nice quite street with on street parking overlooking the park and close to all amenities, bus routes, train station and the M62
