The room is available to shift workers who return home on days off e. g. 4 days on 4 days off or 5 days on 2 off etc

The room is large, modern and fully furnished with own bathroom. . The property is a quiet, clean, privately owned detached house with a large garden with seating areas and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine, indoor and outdoor drying area and ironing facilities. The property has a weekly cleaner.

Ideal for anyone working in the area, very close to the airport and with excellent transport links to the airport, Leeds, Bradford and surrounding villages.

The house is situated between Yeadon park and Nunroyd park within very close walking distance of Aldi, Yeadon centre and Guiseley train station and the huge retail parks with Next, Costa and TKMax etc.
