I have a double room to let in my house. Rent includes bills other than food. The room is clean and comfortable. There is double gazing and central heating. I live in but have my own ensuite so the bahroom is mainly for use by housemate other than when I have a bath.. You are expected to clean your own room and bathroom. All cooking facilities available. There is room to park car on driveway. There is a garden with patio to sit out in nice weather. Equidistant from Yeadon and Guiseley. Bus stop 2 mins walk to Leeds Bradford and Otley. Railway station 15 minds walk. Regular trains to Leeds Bradford and Ilkley. Close to Leeds Bradford airport so ideal for anyone working at the airport. It is a quiet residential area. I am looking for someone probably who've works away from home and needs somewhere to stay whilst away from home. I have stipulated Monday to Friday but I have no problems if you work shifts and need to be here at weekends. I do not want a permanent housemate. I would like someone who travels home after their weeks work and returns again for their next week. I expect anyone sharing my house to respect it and treat it as if it is their own home.
