Sole use of family bathroom (bath/ shower) except uni holidays / visitors.
Owner mostly WFH with private office. Off road parking. Garden with view. Easy walk to bus stops and village centre with great amenities.
Prefer female but open to consider decent and honest alternatives. Must respect privacy.
Open to 3 nights a week at £400 pcm. Double room £550 / m-f if preferred. Open to only one lodger.
