I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional to rent my lovely double bedroom in my beautiful home in Box, just outside Bath.

The house is a cosy, well-kept home with a really peaceful feel, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy living here and treat it as their home too.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom with plenty of storage, and you’ll have shared use of the rest of the house, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. There is also a big driveway if you have a car.

The rent includes all bills, council tax and broadband. The room can also come unfurnished (except for the bed frame and a brand new mattress) or furnished depending on your circumstances.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going, ideally a working professional. I’m happy to have a friendly household where we can have a chat and occasionally do something together, but I also really value having our own space and a relaxed home environment.

The house is in a lovely location for someone who wants the peace and space of living just outside Bath while still being close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
