Large Furnished Room in Quiet Bradford-on-Avon Home available April 13th

A spacious, furnished bedroom is available in a quiet 3-bed house in the picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon.

The house is ideally located:

* 12-minute walk to the train station (easy access to Bath, Trowbridge and Bristol)
* 3 minutes to the bus stop
* 15 minutes by car to Bath city centre or the University of Bath
* 5 minutes’ walk to supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants

You would be sharing with a friendly but busy working professional (teacher). My two adult daughters have now moved away, so the house is usually quiet. This room would particularly suit a mature student or young professional who enjoys a clean, tidy home and is comfortable with their own company, as I am occasionally away. A Monday–Thursday let would also be considered.

* Two separate toilets in the house (one can be for your use)

* On-street parking available in view of the house
* Bike shed available for cyclists (with a local Sunday cycling group nearby)
* Rent includes TV licence and use of washing machine**

The house is close to local amenities including the doctor and dental surgeries, library, church, and community centre offering a range of restaurants and bars.

Beautiful countryside walks and cycling routes are just moments away, and both the Kennet & Avon Canal and the River Avon are nearby.

This rental is not suitable for ‘work from home’.
