Clean, furnished single room available in 2 bed Georgian terraced house in Woolley area of Bradford on Avon, a beautiful small town with river and canal running through it and lots of interesting small shops and cafes.
Under 15 min walk to train station with regular trains to Bath (15 min) or Bristol (30 min).
Room has single bed with new mattress, large wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and mirror, and desk and chair. Upstairs bathoom has bath with shower over and toilet, and there is also a toilet downstairs.
Spacious ktichen with patio doors leading on to delightful garden lined with mature fruit trees. Cosy living room with log burner.
Off street parking - but almost always room outside the house, if not just a short way along the street, which is very quiet as it is a no through road.
Wifi available. Bills included. Sorry no pets.
Suit someone in between house moves or looking for a temporary base to find somewhere more permanent.
I am the sole occupant and only looking to share with females. I have a well behaved border collie who is nearly 11 so quite quiet - mostly sleeping!
I work in Bristol 3 days a week and from the kitchen the other two days. Looking for a professional (but sorry no late night shifts), student, or retiree.
