Lovely, bright and seriously big double room in a modernised Victorian house , close to St Mary's School and town centre in Calne. Highly recommended by previous lodgers and the current one, who's only leaving to live with his girlfriend and is happy to talk to seriously interested applicants.

It's clean, light and fully furnished, but big enough for extra bits and bobs, with shared use of kitchen and bathroom, light and comfortable sitting and dining rooms and pretty garden for sitting out (when weather permits). Bed linen provided and laundered weekly for you.

This is a calm, happy household and prospective occupants need to be comfortable around animals, as I have a large young and bouncy GSD.

Part week or full week lets possible. However, you need to be in full time employment and not on benefits of any kind. The stated rent is for single occupancy; couples' rent will be a bit more.

Gas, electricity and wireless broadband are included in the rent.
