Furnished single room available in my detached house which is a short walk from Hathaway retail park, train station and town centre.
Bills included. Free use of washing machine, cooker and will have some space in fridge freezer and kitchen cupboards. Calm, relaxed household consisting of: male 57, female 23, female 22 and friendly dog. You would be sharing the main bathroom with females only so female preferred.
Would ideally suit someone without a car as my driveway is full although you could park on the road nearby.
The room has been redecorated with new carpet, curtains, bed and wardrobe (August 2026).
