Bills included. Free use of washing machine, cooker and will have some space in fridge freezer and kitchen cupboards. Calm, relaxed household consisting of: male 57, female 23, female 22 and friendly dog. You would be sharing the main bathroom with females only so female preferred.
Would ideally suit someone without a car as my driveway is full.
The room is currently being redecorated and will have new carpet, curtains, bed and wardrobe. It will be ready by 1st August.
