A double room with a single bed is on offer in a quiet household where you will be sharing with one female owner. Wifi, sky TV.
You will have your own spacious bathroom with over the bath shower next door to your bedroom.

Available initially until end of July subject to plans in the making. Short term stays also considered. Contact me if you need to stay for a minimum of one week.

* Furnished: Includes a comfortable SINGLE ottoman bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Plenty of storage space. This still leaves you space to move around, for example for exercise. There is space to put a desk in if you wish. A TV in the room can be arranged on wifi, offering freeview apps and Netflix.

* Private Bathroom: Enjoy the convenience of your own dedicated bathroom with a bath tab next door to your room.

* Shared Living Spaces: Access to a spacious living and dining room and garden, ideal for relaxing or socialising. WiFi, Sky TV, Netflix.

* Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your meals with ease in my shared modern kitchen. You'd be welcome to use all equipment and are welcome to bring some of your own too if you wish.

* Location: Situated on the western side of Chippenham in a quite cul-de-sac within walking distance of Chippenham train station. Perfect for commuters! You are welcome to bring a bicycle if you prefer to cycle to the station. There is a lovely wooded area by the brook near the house which adds an extra charm to the experience.

* Quiet and Friendly Household: You will be sharing with a friendly female homeowner, ensuring a peaceful and respectful living environment.

* Apologies to everyone else, but I prefer biologically female applicants to ensure everyone is comfortable and can be relax at home, as I am a female owner. For short term stays, I am more flexible.

£700 per month (all bills included)

£400 for a two week stay.
