A spacious double room with a private bathroom is available in a 1st floor flat a 10 minute walk from the station and a 20 minute walk from town. Rent is to be paid via BACS and all bills are included (subject to fair use).

There is unallocated parking a 5‑minute walk away (see Google map image) and you will have access to shared storage, cupboards and fridge/freezer space.

I’m looking for a lodger who’s independent, tidy and respectful. Someone who’s happy doing their own thing and treats the home as their own. Ideal for a professional who needs a calm and reliable Mon–Fri base.

To keep the home comfortable, please:
* Clean up after yourself;
* Have no overnight guests;

A bit about me: I’m a teacher with a busy routine, leaving around 7:30am and usually getting home around 6pm. Evenings are either spent working, at bootcamp or watching TV, so the flat is quiet most of the time. In school holidays, I slow down and enjoy reading, hiking, baking and arts & crafts.
