Double room available in recently modernised house

Designer looking for a male lodger (professional 25+). Large double room has been freshly painted with new carpets and good storage. House is a modernised 1960s 3 bed house (council tax band B) with new carpets and updated amenities and 1000 mbps WIFI. All bills included. Off street parking for one average-sized car right outside. Lodger has access to shared loo room, shared bathroom, kitchen and dining room, garden, shed. There is no shared living room as I used this as my office.

House is in a good location next to schools, supermarkets and 15min walk to Chippenham train station. I'm a semi-professional jazz saxophonist so I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind the sound of the saxophone as I practice some evenings and enjoy playing music and movies. If you are a musician too then even better! Also, ideally looking for someone who is vegetarian/vegan and very clean and tidy.
