I’m looking for a new lodger ( female preferred, but will consider male ) who enjoys peace quiet and their own space. Quiet comfortable double room en suite shower basin loo, mini fridge microwave kettle in room. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep and relax this could be the room for you. Close to motorway, bus stops, 10 minute walk from Methuen Park, supermarket, M & S food shop, Costa coffee shop, McD also nice pub and close to a gym.

Quiet tidy household, looking for an easygoing person , I am friendly and approachable but I work hard so like my own space, I like things clean and tidy (not obsessively so) I am a gardener my muddy boots stay in the porch 😁 no smokers/vapours. Access to the room is through a shared entrance but is in the rear of the house so very private and quiet.
There is an active neighbourhood watch and house has camera doorbell in quiet cul de sac..
