I am looking for a lodger for a short-term Mon-Fri let in a recently refurbished cottage.

I have a spare bedroom which is newly decorated and furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a desk. It would be ideal for someone who doesn't need to store lots of belongings.

The room is at the rear of the property looking out to the south-facing garden so gets plenty of light. There are black-out blinds as well as curtains for a good night's sleep.

The house has recently been renovated with new electrics, plumbing, well-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee grinder, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier), and bathroom (with a shower over the bath). There is also a downstairs WC, a cosy shared living room and a good sized garden with outdoor seating, patio and lawn.

- 1 minute walk to x31 Bus stop to Bath
- 2 minute walk to Springfield Community Centre
- 5 minute walk to the local shops
- 5 minute drive to the MoD

Free on street parking just opposite.

All utility bills and wifi are included in the cost.

I work from home some of the week so am ideally looking for a lodger who is out during the day.
