The room is fully furnished and newly decorated, with a brand new heating system, wiring and plumbing. There is underbed storage, bedside table and a wardrobe for you to use. The room is at the rear of the property looking out to the garden (south-facing) so gets loads of light. There are black-out blinds as well as curtains for a good night's sleep.

There is a shared bathroom (shower and bath), well-equipped open plan kitchen (kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier), cosy living room and downstairs WC. Outdoor space - patio, lawn and benches.
