Bedroom suite in Victorian home

This is a unique opportunity to stay on the top floor of a lovely period property. The location is very close to the MoD, data centres and science parks of Corsham and we have off street parking.

We are also near bus stops to Bath and Corsham/Chippenham.

The suite includes: a large, light double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk; private shower room with basin and loo; and a sitting/chill-out area with tv. There is also a double room with a single bed at the other end of the suite which will probably remain empty.

In the main house we have a number of sitting areas, kitchen/breakfast room, utility with a dedicated 'lodgers fridge' and a conservatory with garden views that our one cat adores. Outside are large gardens, a couple of patios and a swimming pool. We are happy to share and be sociable, and also appreciate quiet time.

This is for a Monday to Friday let but we will not be using the space at weekends. All bills are included so long as there is normal and careful rather than excessive usage. We are fully metered including water.
