Large room in fab town centre house

This room would be best suited for someone moving to the area for a new job or as a placement student.

The house is located in the town centre. The buses run from the Market Place, 4 mins away. In fact, the coach to Victoria runs from our road! It is really handy for someone with no car. There is space to keep a bicycle.

We are a friendly bunch and we take it in turn to cook in the evenings which is friendly, tasty and saves money! We have a very gentle slightly demented elderly whippet.

The house is very large and "swallows" people; it is a friendly home. It is an excellent abode for a young professional or a student. All members of the household, bar me (!), are under the age of 32.

There is no daytime parking at the house other than the usual 2 hr slots; we make do with thinking ahead and parking in Commercial Road, when we are not at work.

This bedroom is exceptionally large. It is, however, for single occupancy only. There is a shower room which is shared with one other lodger.
