Spacious room in central Devizes

This room would particularly suit someone moving to the area for a new job. The room is a large double room in very old and very spacious family home in central Devizes; it is at the front of the house and away from the bustle of the household which takes place at the back of the house. There is no daytime parking at the house other than the usual 2 hr slots; we make do with thinking ahead and parking in Commercial Road, when we are not at work. We are a friendly bunch and we take it in turn to cook on weekdays which is friendly, tasty and saves money! We have a very gentle whippet and hens in the garden. The room has its own sofa and tv point and the kitchen is warm with a lovely big Aga. There is a shared bathroom with shower etc, another bathroom/shower and a separate loo and a downstairs loo.

The room is for single occupancy only and only available to let to a non-smoking professional or student.
