Spacious double room

This room would particularly suit someone moving to the area for a new job. The room is a large double room in a very old and very spacious family home in central Devizes; it is at the front of the house and away from the bustle of the household which takes place at the back of the house. There is no daytime parking at the house other than the usual 2 hr slots; we make do with thinking ahead and parking in Commercial Road, when we are not at work. We are a friendly bunch and we take it in turn to cook on weekdays which is friendly, tasty and saves money! Please don't ask about not doing this as this set up is so that the household mixes and is not like an HMO!! We have a very gentle, elderly whippet. The room has its own sofa and table and huge cupboards. There is a shared shower room, another bathroom/shower and a separate loo and a downstairs loo. The shared shower room is used only by the other upstairs lodger and the occupant of this room.

The room is for single occupancy only and only available to let to a non-smoking professional or more mature / independent student.
