A Peaceful bungalow available Monday to Friday

Apart from a dog and two outdoor cats it is just me you have to tolerate. The animals are friendly and well behaved meaning my house clean and tidy.
I am looking for someone who is open and honest, easy going, independent and has a sense of humour. Also someone who preferably works normal working hours Mon-Fri morning to evening not shift work so our routines don't clash.
The room is small and comfortable with lots of natural light over looking the garden and right next to the shared bathroom. The shared living room and kitchen/diner are all spacious areas with lots of natural light.
Monday to Friday is ideal however the occasional weekend would be considered after a discussion with an extra cost per day. I pay single occupancy council tax and would like it kept that way which also keeps the rent down.
I do not have a TV licence, however the rooms TV has a Roku 4K Streaming stick, so Netflix can be watched using my account.
Durrington offers a lot:-
Shops, hairdressers, 2 pubs, Restaurant/cafes, takeaways, petrol station, a good bus service, gym, swimming pool, garage, and chemist. Salisbury Plain, Stonehenge, Woodhenge, The Durrington Walls and Amesbury are all within walking distance.
