The Tractor Shed is a self contained one bedroom apartment with double bed, ensuite, seating and kitchen area on our working farm. It is available from the beginning of November. The weekly price of £190 is inclusive of heating and fibre optic broadband plus a weekly washing of linen and towels. There are no other expenses. There is a full cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and small washing machine in the kitchen but no dishwasher.
The apartment is cosy with underfloor heating and there is parking just by the side of it. Cools Farm is a working farm in a most beautiful part of the Wiltshire countryside.
