2 Rooms available for 1 person in a shared house

We have 2 smaller rooms available in a shared house in Haydon Wick

The rooms are still good size rooms, but as they are smaller than the other 3 rooms we decided to let them together to ensure everyone has their own adequate space.
Ideal set up as one as a bedroom and the other as a dressing room/gaming room etc.
one does come with a built in wardrobe which also saves on space.

The rooms are unfurnished, and painted an off white colour. I unfortunately only have a picture of 1 of the rooms at present.

You would be living with 3 friends and 1 cat, who are all very sociable.

We enjoy a social, clean house. Emphasis on clean, if you cant wash up after yourself or shower more than once a week, unfortunately we this is not the house for you (past experiences have traumatised us)

The house is really big, with a large living area and kitchen and big garden, we like to socialise together and also have our own chill time, we tend to game together, chat a lot, and we do go out drinking on weekends when we feel like it.
The rest of the house is fully furnished so you only need to think about your own room ☺️
