Im a live in landlord and there is a dog and a cat in the house.
I have good broadband. I will include electricity/gas within reason but I cannot agree to complete unrestricted use (due to rocketing fuel prices).Council tax is included. Access to all white goods by agreement... It is close to parks and open land within minutes of market square/ shops and local amenities. There is a bus route just at the end of road so easy access to Swindon etc. There is adequate parking in the road.
