Our house is a modern 4 bedroom detatched house in a quiet area opposite hilperton park. It is on the paxcroft mead development close to Trowbridge. We are close to local shops/amenities and 15 mins walk to the town centre. (Bath, Bradford on Avon, Chippenham, Melksham, Westbury, Warminster and Frome are all within easy reach.)
We are looking for friendly housemates who like living in a clean and tidy house. We are a young married couple with our first baby due in september.
We have 1 furnished double room for rent with a seperate lounge upstairs for use by the lodger. Previous lodgers have been very happy here.
