1 Lodger for Malmesbury house near town centre

This is a 4 bedroom furnished character house share for 3 single lodgers just off the high street in historic Malmesbury (once the capital of England) in the Cotswolds. The house dates back to the 17th century but is modernised and around 15 minutes walk to Dyson.

The communal area has a large kitchen (range cooker & all white goods (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine)), large bathroom (bath & shower), large and lovely communal lounge (lots of sofas), quiet south-facing courtyard, one parking space (reserved for landlord), fast broadband, HD Sky TV in all bedrooms and lounge, modern combi-boiler, recently insulated roof and refurbished.

About myself: I intend to be a live-in landlord, though infrequently as it depends on my freelance IT work, and expect to stay here half the week or less.. I love the town and its history and the character of the house with it's thick walls. Ideally would suit those happy to walk to Dyson, or nearby and who love to live a stone's throw from the historic town centre.

My preference for female lodgers is down to unacceptable behaviour from males, as lodgers and in business, so naturally I am more guarded towards males and protective towards females, so at least it's a bias I am conscious of and try not to apply unfairly, rather than an unconscious one, but a preference nevertheless.
