Double room in a quiet friendly 4 bedroom semi-detached house on Chippenham/Bath/Corsham side of Melksham.

Shared sitting room, super fast wi-fi, large kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, and microwave. Shared dining room, downstairs cloakroom, and utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate fridge and freezer which will only be shared with one lodger.

The room will be redecorated and a new carpet laid. (bedding can be supplied on request) and can include a TV if required.

The room would suit a mature professional male or female. We are a quiet, friendly household and respect each others privacy.

10 minute walk to train station, 20 minute drive to Bath, 15 minute drive to Chippenham and Corsham, and 2 minute walk to nearest bus stop.

There are 4 major supermarkets all within a 15 minute walk.

My husband and I live in the house with one lodger and we have 2 friendly dogs, so it is important that you like dogs and are comfortable around them.
The main bathroom would only be shared with one lodger as we have our own en-suite.
£600 pcm inclusive of all bills including a weekly cleaner.
