Double room in a 4 bedroom semi-detached house on Chippenham/Bath/Corsham side of Melksham.

Shared sitting room, super fast wi-fi, large kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, and microwave. Shared dining room, downstairs cloakroom, and utility with washing machine. There is a separate fridge and freezer which is only shared with the other current lodger.

Bathroom with walk in waterfall shower. This is only shared with the other current lodger who has been residing with us for nearly three years.

Large shared garden with decking, lawn and patio area. Various seating areas in the garden. Tumble dryer in garage.
Roadside parking on quiet road.

The room has recently been decorated and carpeted. (bedding can be supplied on request).

The room would suit a mature professional male or female. We are a quiet household and respect each others privacy.

10 minute walk to train station, 20 minute drive to Bath, 15 minute drive to Chippenham and Corsham, and 2 minute walk to nearest bus stop.

There are 4 major supermarkets all within a 15 minute walk.

My husband and I live in the house with the current lodger and we have 2 friendly dogs, so it is important that you like dogs and are comfortable around them.
The main bathroom would only be shared with the other lodger as we have our own en-suite.
