A modern kitchen, pet and smoke free. You can smoke in the fairy large garden.

I am 38, single male and fairly laid back. Your kids, partner, family, friends etc are welcome to visit you.

I have my kids every other week, for 7 days. (Son 15 & daughter is 11). My room is in the dormer loft conversion. My children have a room each. The front room has been converted into a bedroom, my friend rents this out. The spare double bedroom is for rent.

I work between 7-5pm. I am often out in the evening, gym, socializing, meals etc. Sometimes I am away for the week or weekend.

I can write up the tenancy agreement.

Must be clean and tidy. It’s a clean and tidy house hold.
