I have recently refurbished this house and am looking for a lodger! Ideally I am looking for a young professional (ideally female but will consider male). The ideal lodger will be friendly, clean and tidy!
The kitchen and living room are shared with myself but there is a 3rd bedroom upstairs we could make into another lounge if additional space needed! There is plenty of storage with the garage and an additional storage cupboard!
