Double Room to rent, En-Suite room also available

Hi I'm Lewis.

I am looking to find a lodger / house mate as I spend most of my time away at my girlfriend's house and it seems silly to have an empty house half the time. Eventually I will move in there full time and get another lodger and the house will just be shared between 2 people.

The house was a new build 4 years ago and still looks new. The house is a 4 bedroom David Wilson Homes- Ingleby, They are still building them so there are lots of videos on YouTube and floor plans etc if you want to get a sense of size and space.

Bedroom wise there are two double rooms and 2 large singles. One room has an ensuite. I would nominate a bathroom so if you want the ensuite then that is obviously yours but if you want the other bathroom which has a tub then that's yours. There is a single bedroom doing nothing so if you wanted extra storage space or an office room then I'm happy to discuss.

I have a dog so you would need to be ok with that. She is a miniature poodle so doesn't smell or drop hair and I keep her very clean. She is very affectionate and doesn't bark or behave aggressively in anyway.

There is a 2-3 car drive so parking isn't a problem.

The garden gets lots of sun and isn't overlooked.

With regards to me. I run my own cyber security business and work from home. I like motorbikes and cars etc.

I tend to do a week away at my girlfriend's and a week at home but it can be more or less depending on what's going on with work etc.
