Double Room with own bathroom

Hi I'm Lewis.

I have moved out of my house and live with my partner, I currently have one lodger and am looking for a second one.

I don't want to rent out the entire house on a normal tenancy agreement as I will have to put all my stuff in storage and I like to keep things in the garage.

I occasionally pop home to get post etc but for the most part I am never their, My current lodger is very nice guy and clean and tidy etc.

The current lodger has an en-suite room and doesn't use the main bathroom, so you would have a double room and your own private bathroom, with the kitchen, living room, garden etc being shared.

The house was a new build 4 years ago and still looks new. The house is a 4 bedroom David Wilson Homes- Ingleby, They are still building them so there are lots of videos on YouTube and floor plans etc if you want to get a sense of size and space.

There is a 2-3 car drive so parking isn't a problem.

The garden gets lots of sun and isn't overlooked.
