Large Double Room With En-Suite Shower Room

We are a mature professional couple.

We have 2 small dogs. We seek a professional person to rent the room during the week but not weekends. The room does have tv and firestick but no compliance’s such as a kettle
etc at this moment but should we get a ongoing professional renting the room then we will gladly add these requirements .Access to kitchen with kettle, microwave , hob and oven. Access to fridge and freezer space if required. We are near to bus routes to all local towns including Cordham, Chippenham, Devizes and Calne and the city
of bath with train routes also to
Bristol, bath and Swindon. We are near local pubs, restaurants. Melksham has a swimming pool, gyms and library. Pleasant walking areas as well . We would expect Covid 19 guidelines to be adhered to . Room does have new duvet and pillows and bedding if needed. Towels also supplied. Whilst we can clean room over weekend, we would expect room to be kept tidy and looked after. Rental money to be paid weekly. £135 per week . We require professional and personal reference. Rental is still required if you are on leave in order to retain the room. One weeks notice is required either way. We are able to do short term rentals for people attending training courses nearby. £150 deposit is required on booking.
