Looking for an independent, mature
person. Mainly sharing with mature creative gentleman with an elderly Scottish deerhound (who stays downstairs) and spends most of his time sleeping. The house will be up for sale next Spring so there will be occasional viewings from then but estimate a minimum of three months if a viable offer is made.

I’ve been a lodger and had lodgers so well versed in the arrangement. Parking on road or could use driveway at the back. Garden shed where you’re free to store stuff.
