Me and the other house mate are professionals, working different times of day and I work from home most of the time and also renovating the property so sometimes there may be mess etc in some areas but cooking and cleaning areas (kitchen) will always be clean and usable. I have a dog, if you're not pet friendly this won't be good, my dog is fussy and knows if someone doesn't like dogs, this causes her anxiety and then me stress. I do expect lights out by midnight and no loud wake up calls before 6 am Monday to friday but weekends are a free for all aslong as no party volume.
