I have a room to rent, situated centre of purton, 15 mins form junction 16 of m4, 20 mins from a419 either Blunsdon or Cricklade junction. The room is 11'6" x 8'6" and comes with access to netflix on a 50inch smart TV, wifi and is fully furnished with king size bed, chest of drawers, double wardrobe as you can see in pictures.
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. It is a smoke free house and your room will be no exception. Smoking shelter in garden if you do smoke. There are dogs and cats in my home and they mainly live in the communal area so pet friendly people preferred. There is street parking which is always available and a cleaner which is optional if you don't want someone going in your room that is fine.
It's me and 1 other housemates living here atm, will be looking for 1 more. I don't mind if you want people to stay over aslong as this isn't took advantage of.

I am working on the property, hopping to put it on market at end of the year, so it will not be a long term stay, no smoking in property. Sometimes there may be mess or noise but cooking and cleaning facilities will always be accessible and clean.
