A very large room, which has been freshly painted and has a new carpet, is now available for one professional person in my 3-bedroomed house in a quiet cul-de-sac.
There are buses to/from town every 15 minutes and it takes about 20 minutes to walk into town. Because the house is in a cul-de-sac parking can be difficult but a small car will go in my driveway.
All bills are included and there is underground cable broadband.
The room is fully furnished including a 2-seater reclining settee so the room is like a bedroom/living room.
The kitchen/dining room and bathroom would be shared with me but I have a cloakroom and would use the bathroom only for the shower.
I would appreciate someone being in the room as it is such a shame if not used.
