Single Room

Hi :) I’m a live in landlady looking to rent the single room in my Victorian 2 bedroom terrace house on a quiet dead end road in Salisbury.

The carpeted bedroom looks over the south facing garden and has a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and wall mirror. I’ll be adding a TV soon and a blind to the window.

There is one bathroom we’d share but no second separate toilet. The ground floor is open plan with a lounge, dining room, BT WiFi, kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and small fridge freezer.

The small garden is not overlooked and has a porch with seating. There’s a train line beyond the garden.

On street parking is free.
The house is situated:
25 minutes walk to Market Square.
15 minutes walk to train station.
5 minute walk to bus stop.
Possible lift to Porton on some week days.

It's a quiet relaxed clean & tidy home & I would like the same in a lodger.
I would like a temporary lodger up to approx 12 months but would consider a shorter let or a Monday to Friday let.

The room is not suitable for couples.
