A double room is available in this property for working professionals. This room shares a large bathroom with one person as well as an extra toilet downstairs.

This room has a built in wardrobe with a lot of storage. The current tenant is interested in selling the bed and bedside table to someone moving in. If not, we can move it out.

This house is within walking distance to the city centre and is conveniently on the bus route. If you work in the Porton area, there is also a free bus there that stops just outside the house.
If you have a car, the house has a garage, a drive that can fit 2 cars and free on-street parking available.

My housemate is moving out at the end of August so this is available September 1st. This would be perfect for someone looking for their own space in a friendly social household.

My current housemate is taking his furnishings (sofa, tables, some kitchen appliances) but I am in the process of finding replacements. If you have any furniture or anything you'd like to bring, let me know.
