We have a comfortable single room available in our welcoming end-of-terrace home in Salisbury, with a garden and free parking at the house.

Due to our work commitments, we travel regularly and are often away, so this offers a particularly private and peaceful living arrangement. Our own bedroom will remain private, while you will have use of the rest of the home and garden.

The location is very convenient:
• 🚌 2 minutes' walk to the nearest bus stop
• 🏙️ Around 5 minutes by bus to Salisbury city centre
• 🚶 About 20 minutes' walk into the city centre
• 🏥 Close to Salisbury District Hospital — particularly convenient for hospital staff, nurses, doctors and anyone attending training or placements.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful lodger who will treat the house as their home. It could suit someone looking for a longer-term home, or someone coming to Salisbury for work, training or a temporary placement.

Rent: £600 per month, plus a separate fixed contribution towards household costs. We can explain the arrangements fully when we meet.
