This room will be available from November. We are a couple of friends, looking for a friendly, conscientious, clean and fairly quiet lodger.
There is a shared kitchen/bathroom with a cleaner monthly for communal areas.
The room comes with double bed, fitted double wardrobe, shelving unit, tv and is offered for single occupancy only.
Please note, there are two friendly indoor cats. also, we smoke in the kitchen, so this will only suit someone who is accepting of this.
