Hi! I’m renting out a lovely, bright bedroom in my home. It’s a very peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to live.

As a live-in landlady, I'm looking for a female housemate to share the space with me and my cat. My last housemate stayed for 4 years and we're still close friends, so I think I'm easy to live with!

• Your Room: A large double-sized room currently set up with a comfortable single daybed. Because of this layout, it feels very spacious and easily fits a desk, bookcase, small sofa and has a built in wardrobe. An ideal setup if you work from home.
• Kitchen & Laundry: Full use of a modern kitchen and utility room with cloakroom. You get your own dedicated fridge freezer and cupboard for food storage. There is a dishwasher and a tumble dryer as well as coffee machine, ninja air fryer.
• Shared Spaces:
Access to a cosy living room, dining room, shared bathroom with modern walk-in rain shower, where you will have a decicated cupboard to store toiletries.
Large, beautifully kept garden with patios and multiple seating areas. Shed with space for bike storage.

Rent & Details:

Rent: £625 per month (All bills included: Council tax, utilities, and broadband).
• Deposit: 1 month's rent.
• Available immediately on completion of references

About Me:
I work from home most of the time, love cooking, and have a relaxed outlook on life. In my free time, I’m in the garden, like yoga, swimming, walking and catching up with friends and family, theatre and and occasionally a bit of clubbing/sober raves.
At home, I have a friendly cat who is very much part of the household so you will need to like cats. Overall the house has a cosy, relaxed vibe.
