All rooms are for single occupancy only.

The property is a short walk from Salisbury city centre and very close to local amenities and main bus routes. (No Parking available)

- Ready to be lived in. For example every bedroom is furnished with a bed and mattress, bedding, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, a bedside light, curtains or blinds and a lockable door

- Communal lounge areas with comfortable sofas, coffee table, Smart TV

- Bathrooms are modern and clean, with shower, and at least one bathroom for every three tenants

- Kitchens feature all modern appliances, utensils, and crockery, as well as fridge/freezer, washer/dryer

- Wireless fiber broadband is available throughout the house

- A cleaner is employed to keep the communal areas clean although tenants are required to clean up after themselves.

- Rooms are available week-by-week or long term. Minimum 3 month tenancy no maximum length
