The room is in the downstairs part of the property, shared between 7
(Currently 2 females 4 males)

(There is no access for downstairs tenants to the annex and the 4 annex tenants have no access to downstairs.)

The upstairs property has a bathroom with bath, over bath shower fed from the combi boiler, wc and basin, there’s also a seperate wc and basin and a shower room with electric shower etc and basin. One room (currently occupied has its own wc and basin)

The downstairs has a separate w. c, a shower room with electric shower, basin and w. c,.
Bathroom with over bath shower fed directly from the combination boiler, basin and w. c.
Room 6 has its own w. c and basin.

Located at Clarendon, between Salisbury and Alderbury. All rooms are fully-furnished.

This property offers a number of off-road parking spaces, and free on street parking, it is also a short walk from the Park-and-Ride, near to the large Tesco Extra, Southampton Road Industrial/Retail estate, with good access to public transport.

All bills are included in the rent. No deposits are taken. Rooms are always paid for in advance, either four-weekly or monthly.

• Bedrooms furnished with bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and bed side light
• Communal lounge areas with TV sofas and a coffee table,
• Ultra Fast fibre wifi has been installed
• Bathrooms are modern and clean, with showers, and at least one WC per three tenants.
• Kitchens equipped with utensils, and crockery, as well as fridge/freezers and washing machines
• A cleaner is employed to clean the communal areas fortnightly. Tenants are expected to maintain cleanliness.
• Three month minimum stay
• No maximum stay

Please note, we operate on a matching basis rather than a first come, first served approach. Our aim is to create a harmonious living environment by considering factors such as age groups, professions (e. g., shift workers), and maintaining a balanced male-to-female ratio.
