Very large kitchen (30' x 18') with Aga - all cooking utensils etc. provided. Also gas cooker. Own fridge. Larder with plenty of shelves. Productive veg garden and poly tunnel for communal use- all organic. The garden surrounds house so a great deal of privacy to sit out in summer. Off street parking as house down a long drive.
Would suit hospital staff as close by or professional in Salisbury. Great views and plenty of walks so good for someone who likes nature. 15 min walk into Saisbury along lane. Very quiet but easy to walk/bike into Salisbury or to hospital.
A car is required - this is not suitable for someone who does not have own transport.
No couples or pets. Outside storage space for bicycle etc.
Room 2: Very large room with 2 adjacent rooms - one could be an office and second could be small kitchen for hot drinks and snacks. Can remove most of furniture except large bed if not needed and if a sofa etc is preferred in outer room. Lots of storage space and semi self contained. The other details are above -same as Room 1.
