Productive veg garden and poly tunnel for communal use- all organic. The garden surrounds house so a great deal of privacy to sit out in summer. Off street parking as house down a long drive.
Would suit hospital staff as close by or professional in Salisbury. Great views and plenty of walks so good for someone who likes nature. 15 min walk into Saisbury along lane. Very quiet but easy to walk/bike into Salisbury or to hospital.
A car is required - this is not suitable for someone who does not have own transport.
No couples or pets. Outside storage space for bicycle etc.
