between Trowbridge and Melksham and circa 12 miles south of M4 J17,

Use of kitchen, utility, 2 separate loos (v important!), bathroom and sitting room., front and rear gardens, parking for 2 cars |(one's mine!)

Council tax and share of bill for cleaning
shared space, is not included.

‘Happy to discuss and accommodate Mon-Fri lets as well as short term lets; rental to be adjusted accordingly.

This is business arrangement, first and foremost but neither of us want to share space with someone they don't get along with, so please let's speak before we meet - and go from there ..

We'll both go to work; WFH is ok, occasionally. Respect and privacy, as well as “personal space” are all paramount for both of us and we'll each adhere to that.
