We are 7 mins from town centre on bus which comes every 15 mins from 05:50 to 23:30 and walking distance to greenbridge retail park ( cinema , gyms, shops etc) plus an array of food pubs or even one old fashioned proper pub!.

There are lots of walls around Stratton
and we have both a fishing lake and a recreational field all within 2 mins walk.
