Looking for a professional person to share my quaint and spacious detached bungalow in a quiet cul de sac in North Swindon.

Close to many amenities. 2 mins away, walking distance (doctors, pharmacy, community centre and Morrisons). Also close and walking distance to the Orbital shopping centre. There is a bus stop close by which runs every 10/15 mins into town, hospital or the Orbital.

Mon - Fri (4 nights) would be preferred but would consider shorter or full time lets.

Larger than average, double room with king size bed overlooking private garden. There is a large spacious wardrobe and chests of drawers. There is also ample space for a desk, should you need one for home working.

Larger than average bathroom with free standing bath tub and separate shower.

Use of fully equipped kitchen including oven, air fryer, microwave, kitchen cupboard space & fridge shelf for your own use. Shared lounge and dining room. Utility room has washing machine, freezer and a closet toilet. (Future plans are to make it a shower/wet room).

South facing garden with patio areas, garden furniture, summer house and greenhouse.

Double garage. Driveway is block paved and suitable for 3/4 cars. Additional parking area on road.

Deposit required.
All utility bills and Wi-Fi included.

Please note: I have a small old dog who is very quiet and sleeps a lot in my bedroom.
